Gotta agree on the offsetting penalties.  That's what I'd have done.

And, NO...that FL kid (Baker) did not lose the game for his team.  You win
as a team and you lose as a team.  Of course, if Wilhoit had missed
again...he prolly would have had to have changed schools real quick like.
