Personally, comfort goes a long ways with me.  I would have to say that
comfort would sway my decision.  I can always lighten the load somewhere
with a heavier and yet more comfortable pack...but if it's lightweight and
yet more uncomfortable I wouldn't want to put it back on after a while.
