There is no way this guy should ever be allowed within 20 yards of a dog again. He should sit in a jail cell for a few years thinking about what he's done and then undergo years of psychiatric treatment locked up in a psychiatric hospital. It took more than a day to twist his mind as badly as it is and it is likely that untwisting it (if it can be done at all) will take years of therapy.

In total agreement. Make him clean up dog shit for the rest of his miserable life.. with his hands.... such a more productive punishment, dontcha think?
