[at-l] Normal Recovery Time, Generally Speaking






Hey Hop...

I'm not sure there's a "normal" recovery time, every case is different.
Since you're younger you should be hoping for a faster recovery time. You
could try glucosamine which many on this list (including me) swear by.
Bicycling might help too.
BTW, my knees were still audibly popping a year later. And they weren't
really happy after the descents off of Eisenhower and into Crawford Notch
this summer. But the glucosamine has helped a lot.
