I met Arnold at a book signing in 1982 (approximate date) and my impression
was that he was smaller than expected. He had already won his title in body
building, but was not "pumped up" and it may also be true that today's Arnold is
an aged Arnold with the normal accumulation of avoirdupois or increased body
mass that seems to be prevalent among those fifty and older.
Hmm... Now, that I mention it, perhaps that is MY problem. Old age equals
the accumulation of avoirdupois. Well, no wonder I have gained weight.
