[at-l] Hurricane Charley update

Local stations reported it before Weather Channel that the storm was headed
this way (Ft.Myers area; I'm about 15mi south of there), not farther north.
Also, storm is now category 4 and has another hour or so to strengthen.
Much stronger and closer than expected.  Power's been flickering, but not
off for any length of time.  I'm more concerned (obviously) than last night,
but we've done what we can and now hope for the best.  Hope all others are
okay.  Still most worried about storm surge.... possibly 13-18' instead of
the 5-10 expected.
