[at-l] Burning river childhood memories OT

Shelly can't believe that the Cyahoga River burned.

The Clean Water Act -- (CWA) was passed into law in 1972. This law was the
result of environmental irresponsibility such as large scale dumping of
toxic chemicals into the Great Lakes. It is well known that the Cyahoga
River actually caught fire in 1969 in Cleveland, Ohio. People who swim and
fish in Lake Erie can thank the EPA for enforcing strict laws that have
resulted in the clean-up of the lake.
