"Thru-Thinker" Clark's story (and Anklebear's memories) are my bright 
spot in a blue couple of days.
My bob-tailed sassy cat Rocket got run over this weekend while I was 
away. There was hope that he would survive, he of the vigorous 
constitution, but Monday's x-rays showed otherwise. Yesterday, he had 
to be put to sleep. I held him until he was gone, then buried him 
myself, on my new land. He was a good cat.
Animals know the real us and love us anyway. That's why it's so hard 
when they go.
