[at-l] Pyrenees thru-hike

That's all well & good, but the Alps ain't the Pyrenees--they're all the way on the other side of the country.

          ***     I walked near the Chamonix end of the french long distance 
trail. It was very alpine and wound through the rocky timberline regions of 
the Alps near Mt Blanc. It would be easy to access from one of the many US to 
Geneva flights...
