I got a Red Cross certification for CPR for the Professional Rescuer,
and it was the best course
I took from them. I told the instructor what my circumstances would be
(kids age
10 to 15, on horseback, miles from anywhere in the Adirondaks) and he
tailored
the information to my needs. They weren't offering a Wilderness First
Aid course
at that time. A skilled and knowledgeable instructor is really
important at the
upper levels, IMHO. :)
