[at-l] Sleeping Bag Liners

Does anyone use a sleeping bag liner?

What kind?  Non-woven nylon?  Nylon?  Silk?

If NON-woven nylon, what does it 'feel' like?  Paper?  Regular nylon?

Any recommendations? 

I've already read the www.backpackgeartest.com reviews on the JagBag and the DesignSilk -- both silk.  I'm not willing to spend that much money.

Has anyone tried to make his/her own liner?  What material, etc?
