It's amazing what a mix of gear can create.
I REALLY like the ATC pack cover, as I already said <g>. But here's two
combinations for you:
1) Osprey Impala covered with the ATC pack cover + Pack worn over Frogg
Toggs = Wet butt!
2) ULA P2 covered with the ATC pack cover + Pack worn over Frogg Toggs =
Dry butt...
Dang if I've been able to figure out why there's a difference....
