I sent my raingear home from Waynesboro and used a  Hefty's garabage bag
with head and armholes punched out from there to Hanover, then got my
heavier gear back.
I'm with Shoe, on warmer days it's better to just be wet. The garbage bag
helped retain some warmth on the cold, rainy, windy days...
