Yah, I've been snowed on a couple of times up there on the Fourth of July.
I-80 has been closed by snow every month of the year except August in
Wyoming. I think the Glacier roads are usually all open by mid June.

  Towards the end of June I'd be more worried about lingering snow pack than
drought.  Come August and September is a different matter.
