Wrong! Atkins Eating Plan has four phases. The first phase is the Inductive
Phase and is the most restrictive but even that phase includes 20 grams of
carbohydrates a day. That might be practical as a small salad with blue cheese
dressing and a side of Broccoli along with the protein entree covered with
cheese (just no potato, rice, or pasta).
The next phases in additional carbohydrates as the body adjusts. And so on.
But it is a misrepresentation to state that Atkins promoted No Carbs. He
never did.
