Mylar "Turkey Bags" (used for oven cooking).
I use 2 of the medium size bags for food, and 1 large bag for clothing.
STRONG, Light, inexpensive... kinda crinkley sounding though!

Trash Compactor bag.
I line my pack with this, stuffing my sleeping bag directly into it 
along with my clothing bag.
Not to be confused with wimpy, prone to punctures, trash bags!
