[at-l] Purchase Knob in Smokies

I went to the web cam that someone pointed out earlier and saw that it was not the Look Rock location but the Purchase Knob location in the Smokies. I'm fairly familiar with most areas there but can't put my finger on the location of Purchase Knob. Does anyone know where it is and it's elevation? Looks like the weather there is cold, wet, with about an inch or two of snow on the ground. Typical Smokies weather for this time of year.
