[at-l] Enhancing the AT Blaze

Never had much of a problem with the AT white blazes, but who picked flat
grey-blue for the side trails? The blazes that you're using to try to find
either a shelter, campsite or water source at dusk (or later)? Guess which
color disappears first in fading daylight?
One section of the Finger Lakes Trail is quite particular in discretely
labeling each road you come to. Since most of the roads are dirt in that
section, and there are quite a number of them, it really helps to keep
track of where you are.
The Tuscarora Trail is entirely blazed in blue, so you can blue-blaze it
<g>. And the Allegheny Trail is marked with the leftover paint from the
state road painting tests, so you can yellow-blaze an entire trail <g>.
