Funny the people you keep crossing paths with when you start out hiking...

I've met both Leonard and his wife while down at the RPH Cabin, not to
mention various Gatherings. BTW, I think Leonard has more than one
thru-hike on the Tuscarora Trail. I was kind of surprised to pull out one
register to find out the previous entry was from some months before, and
then more surprised to find out it was from someone I knew of...

Did another couple of peaks over in the Catskill this weekend. Winter
hiking just knocks the heck out of your social life. Between the cold, the
snowshoes, the elevation gain, and the bushwhacking... and that hopping
Saturday night turns into a hot shower and a nap on the couch... <g>
