And if folks want to print it out, cut 8.5 x 11 in nearly half, 5 x 8.5,
and tell the Acrobat Reader that it's 5 x 7.4 (custom sized). Tell it to
Auto-rotate, center, and auto-resize. Then you'll be able to print it out,
trim to 3.5 by 6.75, put a state or two at a time in quart-sized Ziploc
freezer-bags, and send them to yourself as needed.
