[at-l] SNP Tips & Advice Needed



This Web page is great!

I took a picture of a footprint a few months ago while hiking about two
miles from the AT on a side trail near Blackstack Cliffs in Greene Co.,
Tenn. I promptly forgot about it until I finally had the photo printed last
week.

As soon as I get home I'm going to compare it to the prints on the Web page.

I had wondered if the footprint was a mountain lion or bobcat, but assumed
it was highly unlikely it could be a mountain lion. Now I'm not so sure.

Some very smart people have seen signs of mountain lion in SNP.   Of couse,
some very smart people have also seen signs of the Yeti in more remote parts
of the world.  Who am I to suggest otherwise?
