[at-l] Gear used outside of hiking

This is kinda obvious but I feel better having some of my backpacking
equipment if a hurricane should hit here:  water filter, water bag, stove
(although I also have propane 2-burner camping stove), bug spray, tent,
sleeping gear, head lamp.  It wouldn't be a bad idea to have dehydrated
goods available either, though my supply is currently non-existent.

I also own a canoe, so I would be able to "travel" if flooding were
extremely bad and the roads were more like rivers.
