Hiker's Paradise/Colonial Comfort Inn was listed for sale for at least some 
part of the past year as well.  Not sure if anything happened with that 
though.

FWIW, there was a moose hanging out at the Rattle River shelter up the road 
on Sunday.  Very docile, and evidently in the area for some time.

There is no moose like a snow moose...
