Well another Ruck has passed and gone.  Why does it seem to be such a short
weekend??   Oh well, everyone in attendance was fantastic at helping out
with anything that needed being done, as usual.  Many of the usual suspects
that are normally there were dearly missed (Sloetoe/Boysens, what
happened??, POG, Pittsburgh, and many others).  The Bake-Off was more nerve
racking for me than anything, due to my lack of public speaking experience.
Marsha did a fantastic job of the Award certificates and entry forms,
decorations, prizes and such.  Sadly to say there was only ONE PIE on the
entire table.....what's up with that?  You guys are slacking.  I looked at
last years photo's and counted at least thirty pies.  Everyone ate enormous
amounts of food (that's probably why the desserts hardly got eaten).  I did
miss Ready & Spur's slideshow, but I had seen it before.  It was great to
see old friends and make many new ones.  So for everybody that showed up
thanks for making a great weekend.  And another great big thank you for Jim
& Ginny, Marsha and others that I can't remember at the moment (you know who
you are) for running the kitchen and generally being in the way....I mean
helping out!!  See you all at the Gathering this year.  Did I say thanks to
Marsha from Cleveland??  You did a great job.ything that needed being done,
