[at-l] Falling

i used to practice jumping and rolling and stuff through a martial arts
class. i was alwasy stuck with the sensei and we did not have a mat i did
all my practice on concrete and tile floors. the class had mats but not the
sensei and me. all of my friends did the same kind of stuff and we used to
play around with it when we got bored. we would end up doign crazy stuff. i
was able to jump off second story decks and leap over fences head first and
fall backwards and after all i would end up on my feet.

i must say it all goes away without practice! last time i fell, even did it
on purpose, i hit my head. i was demonstrating how i fell off a climbing
wall. i was high enough to fall but not high enough for the rope to do much
good. the demonstration hurt more then the real thing.
