[at-l] Windows XP question...

One of my favorite programs in the old Windows 3.X era was File manager. 
everything was right there...you could find stuff...and all.  I'm using a 
computer with XP and I can't find anything. (Well, I can find some 
things...just not all things...) for instance, I can't find 'temporary 
internet files' or the files therein. can somebody tell me how I can find a 
place with the whole 'tree'...like in File manager...?
