[at-l] Bryson Back In England

       There was an article about Bill Bryson in the NY Times yesterday. It 
never mentioned 'Walk In The Woods', but it did have Bryson standing underneath 
a large stuffed bear with bared fangs.

         Interesting that his return to England was met with a scathing 
review of his works in a major London paper. It said something like Bryson appealed 
to honest average people, but his topics failed to meet the more 
sophisticated humors of those whom most frequent his areas of writing. It also said that 
he has "truckloads of money" but still lives rather modestly and never spends 
lavishly...
