[at-l] Where the A.T. ends...

Well...if you go to the ATC's home page (http://www.appalachiantrail.org/), it says:

"The Appalachian Trail -
A Path to Discovery and Adventure
>From Katahdin in Maine to Springer Mountain in Georgia, the Appalachian National Scenic Trail wanders the ridges and valleys of the Appalachian mountain ranges for more than 2,174 miles."

So, according to THEM, the A.T. goes from Maine to Georgia; how much more authoritative can you GET?!
