nah the front porch is open and you need to share it with lots of bottles of
water!

but there is a very uncomfotable fire escape you can sleep on when some
large hulking animal keep prowling around you at night!

as for being the first ...besides my family i think so! i got lots of happy
birth wishes off the list too!
