[at-l] Rock sharpening

Actually, I turned my ankles more in my boots, than I did in my 806's (A
harder outersole in the boots, the 806's conformed more to the bumps).
And my ankles were not beefy when I started. But my poles, caught me
95% of the time, before any damage was done. After a while, my ankles
just turned like one of those thingies you used to put in the back window
of the car (with the wobbly neck). But I never broke anything, I just swore
a lot and kept walking (after 50 strides or so, the ankle would feel better).
I figured at least 600 ankle turns on my hike, probably more... I was really
worried for a while, but the other shoe never fell (so to speak), and no
permanent damage was done). YMMV
