When the well is full let it flow.  We all experience dry times (and some 
wish people would dry up at times) but when the ideas and whelms (as in whelming 
up or being overwhelmed) flow let it go.  Lets see the gusher!  There is a lot 
of wisdom down within most people and too often it gets stifled (Archie 
Bunker tried to stifle people and it didn't work) by inertia.  Prime the pump!  
Let's hear it!  Speak!  "Ya better talk, see" (ala James Cagney).
