I used about 3-5 pair of these on my AT thru-hike. If you 
have lots of money, make sure you buy your shoes way 
larger (like 1.5 to 2.0 sizes larger) so you can fit 
Spenco insoles into the shoes with Smartwool Expedition 
Trekking socks. Remember to take out the original insoles 
before putting in the Spenco insoles. Spenco size 5 is 
Mens size 12-13.
