If it's cold enough, yeah.  If it's cold enough I not only sleep in my 
clothes,
I bring a hot water bottle into the bag with me.  Or two.  :)

Also it's handy to have garments in the hammock with me for
the midnight pee break.  Some people are all uptight about
naked people wandering around.
