So ------- you maybe want to make it as easy as possible for them to do so?
You assume that the fanatics are smart enough to outwit ALL security. And
that's not true. Too some degree, it's a numbers game. In Israel they
don't catch aLL the fanatics - but they stop a lot more than you'll ever
hear about. Same story in Iraq - you hear about the people they kill - but
you don't hear about the ones we kill. Your basic assumption is wrong -

Yeah - but I'll take my chances with that. There's a LARGE difference
between facing someone (even a trained someone) mano a mano - and facing a
weapons specialist. Your chances of survival drop like a rock in the second
case. Again - your basic assumption is wrong -

All that being said - the state of American security is still pitiful. And
I'll keep on doing whatever I can to close the loopholes. You may be
annoyed by the security. That's tough. But I care enough - even about you
- to do what I can to keep you (or what's left of you) from being identified
by my friend the dentist whose specialty is identifying the remains of plane
crash victims. He appreciates that even if you don't. <VBG>

Walk softly,
Jim
