[at-l] Trail Food, How do you carry 7 days

Well, I suppose it comes down to HYOH. I'm 6' and I know from experience
that doing endurance activities like this shoots my appetite through the
roof. I have spinal problems which are very painful so I'm trying to
minimize how much I carry by going ultralight for my base gear and not
carrying too much food at a time. I may hire a sherpa for the 100 mile
wilderness, lol.
