They don't say. I quoted the entire message about celery. But if I had an
allergic reaction from eating a celery infected tuna fish sandwich after a
grueling hike to a mountain summit, I might change my diet on my next hike.

The outfit seems to be in the business of selling allegedly healthy herbs and
vegetable concentrates, and machines for making those concoctions at home. But
they do offer an interesting discussion of the pros and cons of a couple of
dozen vegetables. Since during the gardening season I eat great quantities of
all the things they find healthy, I assume I'm immune from most human maladies
from May through October, at least.
