The site could be a lot more informative. It suggests that the unit treats 
a small amount of water that is then added to a large amount as "mixed 
oxidants" which then purify the larger mass. The 4 hour "dwell time" for 
crypto gives me pause. I can get awfully thirsty in 4 hours.
