[at-l] ATMs on the AT

Debit. Charging for using a debit card makes little sense. It's like 
writing a check. The money goes straight from your account to the merchant. 
I don't think it costs the store anything to take a debit card (could be 
wrong) but I pay bank fees to have/use it. Using a credit card OTOH 
definitely costs the merchant a percent of the sale (2% I think, though it 
may vary). I know many gas stations used to charge more for credit card use 
but that has kind of died out.
