[at-l] NC AT License Plate Project

I like them both.
I think that the green one is the prettier one, but laymen might not get the
white blaze and associate it with the AT.

But the other one is a straight shot to the AT but not as pretty.

Oh, and they won't get rid of the plane. Isn't that the state motto?
