Yes! If the return address has been spoofed and you block that address you 
are blocking someone other than the real sender. That's why they spoof 
addresses, just like the kid who shoots a spit ball in class and then 
blames the guy next to him.

You may be only semi-computer literate, but your logic is dead on.
