Slept with all the windows open last night (love these chilly nights)
and was . . . chilly this morning. So I checked, and yep... It's 37
degrees right now here in N Conway.
Funny thing is that it is 50 degrees on top of Mt Washington this
morning. Very odd when that happens. They had a crystal clear night up
there, with views of up to 134 miles (to Mt Marcy in NY). And it's
still dry and clear now.

suz
wishing she were out on top of the mountains today (but I am closing
on that house this morning! and I've been eyeing the maps and it looks
like I could almost walk out my new back door in the morning, and spend
the night at Carter Notch Hut and never get in a car at all! gotta go
figure out exactly where the Hall's Ledge trail is in relation to my new
home, but I think it's gotta be within a couple tenths of a mile)
