[at-l] Pilates workout...



Anyone do the Pilates workout?   I'm thinking of buying a tape.

>From what I've been reading it seems like a pretty good low impact workout 
and is based on techniques from yoga, t'ai chi, classical and aerobic dance, and 
precision sculpting.  It seems like more and more pro athletes are getting 
into it so I would think it would be good for hikers too!
