[at-l] white gas along the trail

I have a friend who's going to be hiking on the AT in
Massachusetts soon.  He wants to know if white gas
is reasonably easily available at stores near the trail.
I don't use that kind of stove, so I've never really
paid attention.  Easily available or not?  Especially
in Massachusetts?
