[at-l] Owie



I sprained my ankle way back in June.  It seemed to heal, pretty much.
But I kept tripping and falling in holes and generally finding ways
to twist it, and now it's back to swelling and hurting.  My chiropractor
keeps frowning at me.

Seems like it's turning into a chronic injury.  I tried wearing a brace
on it for 10 days just recently to give it some twist-free time to heal.
No joy, plus I hate the constriction.

Suggestions?  Seems like it'd be a common hiker problem.
