I hiked a long ways in a very LOUD floral print shirt I made out of some
cloth. VERY LOUD. Attracted not one yellow jacket. Also, when I am not
wearing black, I wear lots of bright floral Hawaiian shirts. No trouble
from bees or jackets.

Yellow jackets are attracted to any bright clothing, I believe, especially
floral prints.

There are also well known color preferences of bees and mosquitos. It is
best to avoid them. I don't remember them for sure but I think mosquitos
like blue.
