[at-l] Hiking poles

I've even gotten used to the poles while hiking on level terrain here in the Cleveland Ohio area using only one area here. On my first mountain backpack experience, I was glad I brought the hiking poles, especially for going around a tree that sits in the middle of the Trail with the roots exposed on the side of a steep mountain, and for hiking down a mountain. I'll never go without them.
