The outfitter was only willing to take the ENTIRE tent back and deal with
MH or I could just live with the hole. I use to want to support this local
outfitter, even when I could find a good deal online and cheaper... I just did
not feel right about playing with his gear and then buying it somewhere else.
That is the down side... the upside is when I was looking at the tent, I
told the outfitter how much I could get it for and he matched the price, well
actually beat the price because I did not have to pay shipping of what I could
get it on line for. I just had to wait for him to get it in. So I am torn
... I love the before and during attitude of the sale, it is the after the
sale service which really surprised me... Hmmmm
