[at-l] Thermarest Z-rest

I started my thru-hike with my Z-Rest. Before long I sent it home and
started using my RidgeRest. As my hike progressed I lost more and more of my
personal fat padding. Then I added my 3/4 length ultralite inflatable
thermarest and used it along with the RidgeRest. My point is that you will
learn to be flexible and let the trail teach you what you need to do. If I
were starting another thru-hike I would probably skip the Z-Rest altogether.
