[at-l] Cost of a thru-hike?

That's what I would like to know.  I'm paying $600 a month to get my credit 
cards paid off so I can go, and I'll be able to save that much each month for a 
thru hike, and once I know how much I'll need, I will be able to determine 
when I'll be able to start.  Did that make any sense?
