Multiday? As in a week?
In that case, light food! :-)
Seriously, dehydrated foods are very popular. Some people like the freeze-dried stuff. I think its too expensive so I go for hamburger helper and tuna helper and lipton noodles. I eat the hamburger helper w/o any meat and add tuna to the tuna helper (it comes in pouches) and sometimes to the lipton noodles. I also like the spicy ramen and udon noodles that I get from the farmer's market. The boxes/pouches/bowls are written in Chinese so I guess at what I'm getting (by looking at the picture) and then I try them out at home first. Some people like to dehydrate their own food but my attempts at it were a disaster!
I eat pop tarts or cereal (w/o milk) for breakfast and gorp all day long. I like the mini wheats that are frosted on one side and the Post cereals with fruit and nuts in them.
